After studying business administration in Spain, Ireland and Austria, she entered the professional world in Vienna. In 2007, Ana moved to Switzerland, where she started as a management consultant with a focus on finance & controlling, process optimization and ERP implementation projects. For the past ten years, she has worked in the travel and aviation industry, most recently as VP Accounting and Reporting. During this time, she completed various training courses in the field of digital transformation and led cross-organizational transformation projects. Ana has been the new CFO at Willers since January 2025.

As a strategic sparring partner for the management, Ana shapes the profitable growth of the company. With her passion for transformation and innovation, she makes a decisive contribution to the further development of Willers and combines finance and digital strategies to create sustainable structures and future-proof the company. Through her holistic view and data-driven methodologies, she enables efficient processes and promotes long-term competitiveness.

Ana is from Andalusia, Spain. Whether dancing, making music or on culinary and cultural journeys of discovery - Ana finds her happiness in the small and big moments of life. Sometimes with her husband and two children, sometimes with family and friends and sometimes on her own.
