After completing her degree in business psychology at the University of Zurich, Brigitte worked for Credit Suisse in the area of recruiting and talent retention for 10 years. In 2018, she started with us in Zurich as Project Manager Recruiting. Since 2022, Brigitte is Head of Talent and part of our Leadership Team.   

Brigitte has led numerous initiatives in the area of training days (Academy), recruiting events and staff development at our company. Her project highlights include our Junior Project Manager Camp, multi-day company events in the mountains, the launch of numerous new benefits and, last but not least, the continuous increase of places for apprentices at our company.   

With her husband, Brigitte invests every available opportunity in active leisure activities - and with their three daughters, it never gets boring. There are not many white spots left around Lake Constance, as far as the Alps and Ticino. After their adventures together, she and her family always enjoy returning to their home in Frauenfeld, Thurgau.
