After completing his Master's degree at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Magnus entered professional life as a management consultant. Influenced by the positive memories of numerous holiday jobs, Magnus followed in the footsteps of his father Jobst in 2012 and joined the family business in an operational capacity. He completed his education in 2014 with an MAS in Energy Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences (FH). He took over the role of CEO in January 2022.   

Magnus focuses his project work on the life sciences industry, hospitals and big tech real estate. He is particularly interested in new developments and research collaborations for cleanroom systems and innovative laboratory designs. His project experience includes mandates in Europe and Asia. As a guest speaker at universities and congresses, Magnus Willers is particularly committed to promoting young talent and equal opportunities in engineering professions.   

Magnus is a distinct family man. With his wife Eva and their two daughters, he loves going on family adventures or simply spending time together at home. As a member of the Rotary Club of Rheinfelden, Magnus is also involved in numerous charitable initiatives.
