Specialist Finance & Digitalization (f/m/d)

Your role

In this varied role, you will take on responsibility in two main areas: 

• Finance & Controlling: You will provide support in traditional finance areas such as financial statements, budgeting and forecasting processes, and the analysis of financial data. You will prepare meaningful reports for the management team.  
• Digitalization & Process Optimization: You will actively drive the digitalization of our financial processes. You will develop modern workflows, automate booking processes and ensure efficient finance and data structures. As the central interface between finance, IT and business, you will be responsible for projects from requirements gathering to successful implementation.

What you bring to the table

• Education: Completed training/bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration. Further training or initial experience in project management is an advantage.
• Experience: You have two to five years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting. You are well versed in ERP systems. You already have some experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Personality: You are an open and communicative person with a high affinity for digital tools, automation, and process optimization. You are analytically strong, proactive, and work in a structured manner. You enjoy introducing modern technologies in a financial context and are able to inspire others to do the same.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken English an German (C1/C2)
