Retrofit of a listed ceiling
For a 12,000 m² tenant fit-out of a big tech company, the listed suspended ceiling was a particular challenge. In order to reconcile the requirements of the listed building with the required cooling capacity, we developed a mock-up together with three selected ceiling manufacturers, tested it on the test bench and coordinated it closely with the listed building authorities. The result: a clever combination of monument protection and performance.
Business University in Time, Cost & Quality
In 2025, we converted a 2,000 m² business university with lecture halls, tech talks and catering facilities for a financial services provider in record time - in close coordination with the overall lead architect. In addition to the design and the high performance requirements of the cooling ceilings, the short conversion time while the rest of the building remained in operation was the most important requirement - progress can only be made together.
Digital building consulting for big tech working environments
Our digital building consultants developed a large number of data-based use cases for the entire workspace environment for a big tech company. These include optimal indoor climate, reduction of food waste, reporting of sustainability targets, capacity utilization analyses and digital facility management. Together, these concepts were transformed into scalable, practical digital solutions and seamlessly integrated into the building technology.
Thermal simulation as a basis for planning
Using a thermal simulation in IDA ICE with forecast weather data for 2030, we evaluated the indoor air conditions of the new Willers building in Rheinfelden. The planned underfloor heating and cooling system was modeled with its performance data in order to analyze the expected thermal comfort.

The results showed that the cooling capacity in exposed and highly occupied rooms is not sufficient in summer. The targeted addition of cooling baffles enabled critical zones to be identified and selectively optimized - in line with demand, in a resource-saving and future-oriented manner.
Integrated planning for maximum space gain
Thanks to our integrated building technology planning, we were able to design the space in a listed tenant fit-out much more efficiently. Spatial challenges were specifically analyzed and implemented with clear, practical solutions. This enabled us to coordinate complex requirements across all trades, giving the client more usable space, greater functionality and clear added value - without compromising on function.
Workspace Consulting - Quality in Electrical & GA
For the WAS (Wirtschaft Arbeit Soziales) in Lucerne, we are supporting the client in the quality assurance of the electrical and building automation - in a project with an innovative 2226 energy concept. We combine our expertise from traditional building technology planning with new approaches, test concepts and ensure robust, reliable implementation. The result: innovation without compromising on quality.
