Finance Specialist - Finance & Digitalization (f/m/d)

Then you've come to the right place! To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a Finance Specialist - Finance & Digitalization (f/m/d) to make our financial processes fit for the future.

Your role

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for two key areas:

Finance & Controlling: You support classic finance topics such as financial statements, budgeting and forecasting processes and analyzing financial data. You prepare meaningful reports for the management.

Digitization & process optimization: You actively drive the digitalization of our financial processes. You will develop modern workflows, automate booking processes and ensure efficient finance and data structures. As the central interface between finance, IT and business, you will be responsible for projects from requirements gathering to successful implementation. 

What you bring with you

• Education: Completed training/bachelor's degree in finance or business administration. Further training or initial experience in project management an advantage.
• Experience: You have two to five years' experience in a comparable role, with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting. You are familiar with ERP systems. You already have some experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools. 
• Personality: You are an open and communicative person with a high affinity for digital tools, automation and process optimization. You are analytically strong, proactive and work in a structured manner. You enjoy introducing modern technologies in a financial context and are able to inspire others to do the same.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
