After graduating as a mechanical and IT engineer, Adrian spent 10 years developing control and regulation systems for Alstom and GE. From 2016 to 2019, he managed the control technology and I&C division of the Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich EKZ in the field of energy contracting. In September 2019, Adrian joined Willers as Head of Digital Building and successfully completed the MAS Digital Transformation course at the ZHAW in fall 2023. Adrian has been Chief Digital Officer since July 2025 and is driving the company's digital transformation. He has also been a member of the Central Commission for Information Management ZI at SIA since 2023.
His focus is on IoT and cloud for control systems and building automation, digital twins in building operations and cyber security in technical networks. Adrian supports hospitals and educational institutions on the path to smart infrastructures, acts as a technology scout for BIM2FM systems and develops digital building use cases for global big tech players with his team. He is fascinated by the potential of big data and artificial intelligence for buildings.
In his free time, Adrian plays padel and enjoys spending time with his family. Long-distance travel and the annual two-week ski vacation in Bettmeralp give him the strength and inspiration to completely rethink digital buildings.
