After graduating with a degree in business psychology from the University of Zurich, Brigitte worked for ten years at Credit Suisse in recruiting and talent development. In 2018, she joined Willers in Zurich as Project Manager Recruiting. She has been part of our Leadership Team since 2022, initially as Head of Talent and since 2025 as Chief People Officer. In this role, she is responsible for People & Culture with a focus on recruiting, employer branding, HR and cultural development.
Together with her team, Brigitte shapes our People & Culture strategy with the aim of preserving and developing our corporate culture, attracting outstanding talent and supporting employees in their development. Her conviction: Where people enjoy working, customer experiences are created that inspire.
Her most recent highlights include the further development of our development model, numerous training initiatives for employees and managers, the introduction of new benefits and the continuous increase in our training places. Brigitte is particularly passionate about developing our Spotlights - a series of learning nuggets that strengthen psychological safety in the team, promote continuous learning and thus lay the cultural foundation for innovation and our joint further development.
Together with her husband, Brigitte invests every available opportunity in active leisure activities - and with their three daughters, there is never a dull moment. There are not many white spots left around Lake Constance, as far as the Alps and Ticino. After their adventures together, she and her family always enjoy returning to their home in Frauenfeld, Thurgau.
