Iris is a molecular biologist by training. After completing her doctorate at the University of Vienna, she joined McKinsey & Company as a management consultant. For more than 9 years she advised companies worldwide, mainly in the ICT sector, on strategic issues. Iris has been in Switzerland since 2010. During 12 years at Swisscom (Schweiz) AG in various management positions, she always pursued the goal of harnessing the potential of digitization for her customers - for example with data insights solutions for traffic planning or for the secure exchange of medical data for the Swiss healthcare system.
Iris has been CEO of POLYPOINT AG since 2022. POLYPOINT develops and operates software solutions in the field of workforce management for more than 1,000 healthcare providers in Switzerland, Germany and neighboring countries. POLYPOINT's goal is to give healthcare professionals more time for the essentials through people-centered, digital process solutions.
In addition to her work at POLYPOINT, Iris is active on various boards of directors.
Iris lives with her partner in the canton of Lucerne on Lake Sempach and spends her free time doing ballet and on the golf course.
