After completing her bachelor's degree in mathematics and her master's degree in building technology at Wrocław University of Technology, Kinga started her career with us in Bern in 2012. She quickly took on responsibility in projects for Roche, Novartis and the new sitem-insel research center. When Kinga wanted to return to her home country in 2017, we founded our subsidiary in Wrocław in 2017. Since then, Kinga has been continuously expanding our team there.
Kinga is actively driving the digitalization of the construction industry. As manager of our BIM Hub, she and her team provide BIM services for internal and external customers. The BIM project sitem-insel was nominated for the Building Award 2021 of the bilding foundation (Swiss foundation for the promotion of young engineers in the construction industry).
In her free time, Kinga loves spending time with family and friends, preferably outdoors in nature. When our colleagues visit the team in Wroclaw, she surprises them with cultural highlights such as festivals, concerts and historical city tours.
