After completing his Master's degree at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Magnus entered professional life as a management consultant. Influenced by the positive memories of numerous vacation jobs, Magnus followed in his father Jobst's footsteps in 2012 and joined the family business in an operational capacity. He completed his education with his MAS Energy Engineering FH in 2014 and the Stanford Executive Program in 2022. He took over the role of CEO in January 2022.
Magnus focuses his project work on the life sciences industry, data centers and big tech real estate. With a learner mindset, he is particularly interested in the combination of project work, research collaborations with universities, and innovative new developments off the beaten track. His project experience includes mandates in Europe and Asia. As a guest speaker at universities and conferences, Magnus Willers is particularly committed to promoting young talent and equal opportunities in engineering professions.
Magnus is a real family man. With his wife Eva and their two daughters, he loves going on adventures together or simply spending time together at home.
