How can more workplaces be accommodated in an existing building that are also more attractive?
The building structure with cut-outs in so-called honeycomb beams placed high demands on the spatial coordination of the trades. In addition, great importance was attached to energy efficiency, which was to be ensured through the use of the company's own products and the latest technologies in the field of building services engineering and automation.

Energy-efficient use - state-of-the-art technology
The refurbishment enabled us to make better use of the existing space and create optimal working conditions. Automatically controlled hybrid chilled ceilings with integrated ventilation ensure a pleasant indoor climate. All ventilation zones have automatically controlled volume flow regulators in the supply and exhaust air ducts. The indoor climate is monitored and controlled via sensors for humidity, temperature and air quality. A new photovoltaic system on the roof also ensures energy savings.
