SOLUTIONS
The location of the district is generally very suitable for connection to a heating network. However, a possible connection to the heating network of the regional energy service provider is not possible in the short to medium term. Due to the usable space, a new energy center with wood chip firing will be built. The energy center will be built and operated by the local energy service provider on the client's premises on a contracting basis. In addition to the buildings of Logis Suisse AG, other apartment buildings in the immediate vicinity will be connected and supplied with largely renewable heat in the future.
In the client representation mandate, we take over project management on behalf of the client and monitor compliance with costs, deadlines and quality. We also ensure the interface with the contractor and take on the commissioning and monitoring of the on-site and secondary work.
