During the general refurbishment of the south wing of Zurich Main Station, with 10,000 m² of usable space and a construction sum of 150 million, we took on the coordination of all building services between the overall planning, technical facility management and the client. As the client's representative, we ensured quality during planning and execution, supervised inspections and the rectification of defects and technically coordinated all tenant fit-outs. With our experience in complex projects, we guarantee a smooth process and timely implementation in the interests of our clients.

As a localization partner, we ensure the HVACSE and GA planning of third parties right from the start, involve the authorities at an early stage and coordinate all construction submissions, e.g. for a recent 400 million pharmaceutical project that has to meet the highest requirements in terms of planning, standards and coordination with the authorities. Consulting Leader Raphael Stocker not only took on the administrative coordination of all trades, but was also the single point of contact with the client, architecture and authorities.
