The ambitious architectural concept for Prime 2 comes from an international team led by the renowned architects from Perkins + Will of London. With the LEED Gold standard, it sets high standards for sustainability. In order to be prepared for future developments and to allow for different uses, the rooms were to be flexibly designed and offer additional expansion possibilities. The low structural heights made coordination work for the installations particularly challenging.

The architectural concept of Prime 2 is based on the conscious use of
high-quality materials and the use of modern building technologies. Thus, the intelligently coordinated combination of natural stone façade with individual air conditioning, sun protection and natural fresh air supply ensures a balanced, pleasant indoor climate in every season.
