Great atmosphere at the last big get-together of the entire Willers family in 2023 at our Bern location.

The results of our working groups, which have been working on tools and methods to increase efficiency and quality in project work since February 2023, were discussed interactively at four "exhibition stands".

What our colleagues had developed over the past few months led to lively conversations, interesting discussions and many light bulb moments. After a culinary trip around the world, everyone ended up back in the obligatory queue at Gelateria di Berna AG. Afterwards, everyone swayed and danced along to "Schlager Beat".

The photo box turned out to be a real employee magnet, bringing tears of laughter, a good atmosphere and a great sense of community.

The reunion with all locations and the personal exchange also released a lot of positive energy this time. We grew together again, created shared memories and filled up on #Familiness for the coming months.

A big thank you to our team in Bern for their hospitality and great organization. Team Meeting 2024 - we're already looking forward to it!
