In 2022 we started with our Apprentice Day.
Due to the fact that we have three locations in Switzerland, it is particularly important to us that the youngest members of the Willers family grow together as a group and get the opportunity to exchange personal experiences.
At the Apprentice Day, the focus is not only on exciting insights into different working techniques and various research projects, but also on getting to know each other and having fun.
For our apprentices, the Apprentice Day is a valuable experience, where they not only receive important tools for their daily work, but also get a feeling what "Familiness" and team spirit is all about.
