In May, our talented young professionals met for three days in the idyllic town of Eigenthal near Lucerne. Away from the usual office and project routine, they exchanged ideas with our leadership team and benefitted from the experience of our long-serving seniors. Dealing with challenging project situations, chairing meetings efficiently, but also a fireside chat with Adrian Altenburger, our Chairman of the Board of Directors, were items on the camp agenda. In addition to all the learning opportunities, there was also room for various outdoor activities such as a hike in the Alps and social gatherings. Because nothing strengthens "familiness" like good shared experiences. A strong sense of togetherness is the basis for joint development, interdisciplinary knowledge transfer and the joy of long-term cooperation.
