From Bern to Zurich and Rheinfelden to Wroclaw - this time our teams gathered in Engelberg to work together, grow and experience the essence of what is important to us. The first day was dedicated to intensive knowledge transfer.

In presentations and during our project fair, we had the opportunity to share our visions and goals and gain in-depth insights into other colleagues' projects. Our Board of Directors member Prof. Adrian Altenburger opened the evening with an inspiring dinner speech on current topics and emphasized the importance of breaks and time-outs. We took his words seriously and, after the official part, toasted the successful end of the year in a relaxed atmosphere and danced well into the night. 😀

On the second day, we were able to take full advantage of the variety of alpine activities: skiing, ski tours and curling were on the agenda and the Titlis gave us breathtaking views in fantastic weather.

But the magic of our team meeting was not only in the activities, but above all in the conversations, the laughs and the moments of togetherness.

Engelberg not only inspired us, but also strengthened us as a community. It was a moment to pause, celebrate and come together - and we are grateful that we were able to share it with such a great team.
