After graduating as an HVAC engineer from the University of Applied Sciences in Lucerne / Horw, Ändu started his career at Sulzer Energie Consulting. His move to our company in 2000 was the impetus for our location in Bern as well as for the HVAC division. Ändu has been a member of the Executive Board since 2004 and Deputy CEO since 2011.   

Ändu is a passionate HVAC engineer for cleanrooms. He has over 30 years of experience in many well-known pharmaceutical companies in Switzerland and is involved as a guest lecturer in the Bachelor's degree program in Building Technology at the Lucerne / Horw University of Applied Sciences and Arts. His project highlights include the large-scale CSL Bern Protinus project, the GMP upgrade of the central dispensary of Novartis Pharma in Stein and the new construction of the sitem-insel research centre in Bern.   

Ändu enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife and daughter. As a mountain walker in summer and skier in winter, he appreciates the almost unlimited possibilities within striking distance of his home in Belp near Bern.
