Optimising planning
Thanks to the open system code of the BIM software, actuators, sensors and the building management system can be integrated into the entire BIM concept right from the start. The digital building model thus becomes the real-time based control, measurement and regulation centre.
Simulations
With BIM models, important parameters of a building can be defined in advance. Variables such as indoor climate and CO2 emissions can be calculated and optimised.
